I draw on over thirty years experience in executive leadership, organisation development and my own life transitions to help organisations and individuals establish thriving lives, workplaces and communities.

We integrate various coaching disciplines, including traditional ICF, systemic, neuro-psychology, and Positive Intelligence. Our mentoring programs connect individuals with senior leaders and experienced specialists, providing support at all stages of their working lives. We guide clients through life changes, helping them navigate shifting circumstances and challenges. Our holistic approach ensures sustainable and impactful transformation.

The Lawrence Group is a consultancy specialising in helping you to lead transformative change, learning at individual, organisational and system level and performance improvement. We diagnose the health and performance of your organisation by using AI empowered data gathering and analysis tools. Then we work with you, your team and a range people across your value chain to design and implement solutions.
Working with us connects you to a network of expert associates to enable our support to scale to your organisational needs. We offer learning and development expertise to companies that do not have in-house Learning & Development professionals. This support includes developing L&D and OD strategies and implementing frameworks, learning systems and processes. We use AI empowered tools and an action learning approach so that everyone involved learns and grows as they take action.
