Felicity Lawrence

Felicity has extensive executive level experience in the public and private sector. She began her career in organisation development and HR in Telstra, Australia and then moved into consulting using systems methods and leadership development. She consulted to public agencies and private sector companies in Australia and New Zealand.

After 15 years in these roles she moved into executive leadership in a large public sector agency in New Zealand where she led HR, culture development, communications and strategy teams and then research and development. She was at the forefront of working with business and government on sustainability and natural capital initiatives for which New Zealand was well known.

Using her executive experience as a springboard, she joined a colleague to develop an initiative to improve culture and productivity across value chains. That tool is now the AI empowered BizhealthCheck tool used by companies to guide continuous performance improvement initiatives across their businesses and agencies.

Felicity is also an accredited Results Coach founded in neuroscience, leadership development expert and dedicated volunteer for charities focused on faith and/or equality and empowerment.
