Neuroscience tells us that certainty about who we are and what we can do, can be modified so that new possibilities emerge. Change requires thinking differently and coaching helps all of us do that.

Personal Coaching Practice
Individual Co-Creation Session
Designed to give you space to think about what you want; this session is a gift of one hour to test or explore an idea, talk out what is bothering you or think through how you might take action. You will be completely free to hear your truth in a safe bubble and to explore guided by useful questions as needed. At the end of the hour, you will be clearer about the direction you need to take.
This is for people who need a trusted partner to speak with safely without having to ‘fix’ anything. It is an opportunity to hear yourself speak what is on your mind without fear of sounding ‘weird’.
3 Session Suite tailored to your needs
These sessions are designed to help you deal with something specific in your life. You know what you want to change or create but you want help from a qualified person to ‘nail the issues’ that need addressing. It may be that you need to clarify a future state or address a belief that gets in the way or decide the plan of action needed to achieve something important.
These sessions provide you with dedicated time to discuss what you need to do to achieve a goal or resolve an issue or make a plan for which you want to be accountable. We will design the process that is needed to get the result, but it will include:
crystalising the end result
identifying limiting ways of thinking
developing an accountability system to deliver on your goal
Transformation Programme (8-10 sessions)
Our Transformation Programme is designed for those who know that there is bigger change needed in our lives. It may be driven by the desire for a new, more exciting role, significant dissatisfaction with one or more areas of your life, a fundamental disruption or likelihood of it in your life or perhaps, just the desire to create a more fulfilling future. The programme moves through 5 stages: Clarifying Results, Aligning Mindsets and Neural Pathways, Planning, Implementing and Re-Presencing. Programmes include practical exercises, habit forming processes, additional video and written resources and links to helpful sites. Results are evaluated.

Free Coffee Consultation
Some people are unfamiliar with the idea of engaging a coach to help them with making decisions in their lives. You may not be well versed in the latest insights from neuroscience, so I’d like to offer you the opportunity to talk to me honestly about your situation. This will enable you to hear how we do what we do and me to know what might help you. This is a no-obligation virtual or face to face chat. We’ll know by the end of it whether we want to work together or not but you will certainly gain insights from the conversation.
